Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds put on a show-stopping show on their way to the Met Gala in New York City on Monday.
The 34-year-old actress looked stunning in a strapless Versace dress with crystals and a pink bow sash that trailed behind her as she walked the red carpet with her boyfriend.
Not only did her beautiful dress make the best dress list, but Blake’s beauty team also took off the star’s heavy bow, which instantly turned her train from pink to blue.
The best hosts! Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds put on a show-stopping show Monday as they arrived at the Met Gala in New York City.
Blake stopped to talk to people on the red carpet and said that her outfit for the night was based on “New York City architecture” and “historic buildings” in the city, like the Empire State Building and Grand Central station.
One of the hosts for the evening is Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds, who looked dapper in a burgundy tux. Regina King and Lin-Manuel Miranda are also hosting.
When the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star arrived at the gala, she was seen with her arms around Ryan.
Blake looked like a princess in the strapless dress that sparkled with jewels from the bust to the hem.

Beautiful: Blake looked like a princess in the strapless dress that sparkled with jewels from the bust to the hem. Blake was even more drаmаtic because she was wearing mauve pink arm-length gloves and a crown on top of her long blonde hair.

As for her jewelry, the beauty wore a pair of earrings with dangling stones.
Blake surprised photographers and other guests when a group of me𝚗 in tuxedos helped her take off the bow on her dress and change the color of her long train from pink to blue.
When the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star arrived at the gala with Ryan, they were seen with their arms linked.
Also, she took off her gloves to show a matching set of blue opera gloves with bronze accents on the upper arms.
The beautiful blue version of Blake’s train had gold embroidery all over it that was based on the zodiac signs. There were also bronze streaks that started at the waist and went down to the dress’s hem.
“Instead of looking to fashion to inspire the dress, I looked to New York City architecture and the old buildings,” Blake told Vanessa Hudgens on the red carpet.
The belt of the Zodiac train from Grand Central Station was the constellation, and the body of her dress was based on the Empire State Building.
“The drapes on my dress are the Statue of Liberty and the crown on my head.” There are seven levels to the crown. The young woman said, “That Statue of Liberty has seven rays.” She also said that the seven levels represented the seven seas and continents.
Changed: Blake shocked photographers and other guests when she took off the bow on her dress and turned from pink to blue, as if she had been inspired by Sleeping Beauty.
Finally, Blake said that jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz put “25 stones on the bottom [of my crown]” to honor the Statue of Liberty’s 25 windows.
Blake’s longtime makeup artist Kristofer Buckle said, “Blake’s look was inspired by warm-toned metals and coppers, starting with a bronzed contour on the skin.” The dress also inspired Blake’s beauty look.
She washed her eyes with a mix of matte browns to give them shape and metallic rose golds and coppers to go with her Versace dress. I used a soft terracotta color on her lips to add some brightness to her look.
On the hostess with the mostess, Kristofer used many Charlotte Tilbury products, such as the soon-to-be-released Beautiful Skin Sun-Kissed Glow Bronzer. This was one of the few times the product had been worn on the red carpet before it came out on May 19.
The metallic rose gold and copper shades she used on her eyes came from the Luxury Palette of Pops in Pillow Talk. The Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk Medium and the Matte Revolution Lipstick in Sienna were used to make her lips look their best.
Finally, the actress’s skin looked better because of the Airbrush Flawless Foundation.
Ryan’s wife of more than ten years stole the show, but he looked great in his burgundy velvet tuxedo.
The Deadpool star wore a white dress shirt and bow tie that matched the outfit. He wore a handkerchief out of his jacket pocket and had a small white flower pinned to his left lapel.
Many people think of the Met Gala, which is an event put on by the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, as the “Suρer Bowl of celebrity red carpets.”
