Dancing with the Stars pro Ezra Sosa dressed up as his partner for Halloween.
Ezra was partnered with con artist Anna Delvey on season 33 of the dancing show. The two were eliminated from the show on September 24, 2024, during the second week of the 33rd season. Many knew Anna as the aspiring heiress who was charged in 2017 for defrauding major financial institutions, banks, hotels and friends of over $250,000 by pretending to be the wealthy daughter of a German oil tycoon. Netflix made a series inspired by Anna’s story.
During their season premiere, the controversial contestant danced to “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter with her dance partner and debuted her ankle monitor, which was blinged out.

Ezra decided to take some inspiration from Anna on Halloween and dressed up as his partner. He shared video of his costume on TikTok, wearing a yellow mini-dress with sequenced beige layers of fringe. The video started with the camera showing his black heels and the ankle monitor. He captioned the video: “@Anna Delvey how did i do?! #dwts.”
The video was also clipped with the sound of when host Julianne Hough asked Anna what she was going to take away from her time on the show, which Anna replied: “Nothing.” Ezra also got the response tattooed on him after their elimination.
Fans of Anna and Ezra commented under the post, praising Ezra for his costume. One person wrote: “stop ily (I also went as anna delvey).” Another commented: “HELP IM SO EARLY. Ezra youre an icon.” A third wrote: “THE ANKLE MONITOR IM CRYING.” A fourth user commented: “Ezra oh my god this is iconic you are one of my fave dancers need another season with you.”
Dancers on the show were also in the Halloween spirit after Halloween Nightmares night on Tuesday, October 29. The Bachelorette’s Jenn Tran and her partner Sasha Farber were eliminated after dancing to Vampires by Olivia Rodrigo. The show will celebrate its 500 episode on November 12 and compete in the hardest challenge yet, the Instant Dance Round.
