K-Pop Superstar Lisa Kicks Off Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Riding a Motorcycle with a Stunning Performance of ‘Rockstar’.Linh

Lisa knows how to make an entrance!

The Blackpink alum revved up the runway at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday, Oct. 15, with an energetic performance of her hit song, “Rockstar.”

Posing on a motorcycle, Lisa had the crowd gartered at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York City cheering as the lights slowly raised. Seconds after getting off the vehicle, she launched into the tune as she was joined by her backup dancers.

During the entire performance, Lisa wore a rocker-chic ensemble. She sported a black leather bedazzled shoulder crop top that showed off her leather bra. Her performance look was topped off with elaborate chained bikini briefs — of course leaning into the show’s lingerie aesthetic!

The singer and the four backup dancers were quickly joined by six more when Lisa, 27, started singing the song’s chorus. The group then showed off their best runway walks during the song’s brief interlude before Lisa rapped, “Make a wish, babe, what you wanna do?/ Dippin’ out of big cities like a ponzu/ It’s a fast life, it’s an attitude.”

As her performance came to an end, she joined in and showed off her expert dance skills before she demonstrated her catwalk struts one last time before the show began.

While Lisa opened the show, the event included a musical lineup consisting entirely of women artists — including “Water” hitmaker Tyla and headliner superstar Cher.

Tyla performed two of her hits, “Water” and “Push 2 Start.” After the South African singer hit the stage, Lisa returned to the runway and performed her latest single, “Moonlit Floor,” in a lace bodysuit and metallic wings.

Ahead of her performances, Lisa told Olivia Culpo on the pink carpet that she was “super excited” to be a part of the all-women musical lineup.

“I’ve been a big fan [of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show], so it’s still like a dream come true,” she told Culpo. “I’m just so happy to be a part of this iconic comeback.”

She added that growing up, she watched the show, and it “built [her] confidence by watching the models.” She continued, “I think they have been a big inspiration to me.”
